Made reservations on Booking.com but when we arrived there was no reservation for us. They were sold out. Let us stay on phone with booking an hour. 10pm with a 2year old and did not assist in securing a room nearby.

Please, please, please tell your customers that the floor DIRECTELY above your room is under construction and work starts at 7am. If you travel from the west coast 7am is really 4am.

The overall stay was ok

Our room didn’t have a phone in the room so we tried to order food from our cellphones. We were asked fifty different questions when trying to order food from Ruth’s Chris. We were transferred twice, then were able to place an order that they left downstairs for over an hour. We called back for our food and they apologized saying that it was just sitting there. Then when it was delivered it was cold. My husband and I were really looking forward to this weekend and this experience kind of put a dark cloud over it.
