Had to switch rooms late when I realized the black out shade would not lower all. Got a different room down the hall and the door wouldnt latch easily when closing it and when it did latch there was a lot of play in it and the trim around the latch was loose. I left to go to the parking lot to retrieve something from my car and upon return the door could just be pushed open as it did not latch automatically. Key card to the side parking lot has also not worked the last few times Ive stayed, as well as other guests I witnessed with this issue.
