I liked the cleanliness and the customer service. Specifically from Dimitry & another African American ladywhose name, I dont remember.

I didnt like the fact that the rooms air conditioner seemed a little louder than expected and older than expected. I also would say the showers were clean. However, the bottom of the tub was still showing deeper stains from over the years.
