In short. Stayed several days. Room service arrived in late, late afternoon. Our room was four doors down from kick off for them. So during our day in an out we had a unattended room. First time I approached the desk. Said they would do something. About five p.m they showed up. Refrigerator. When we arrived at our room there was water on the floor. Unsafe. Tell me. This same room crew could not report this. So when I reported this.....them came and put a towel in front of the refrig. Looking close on the doors in the room. The paint was peeling on them.Your choice

We had a handicap accessible room. The room was not handicap accessible it was a normal tub/shower. The tub was filthy and there were dings and dents in the walls and tub. There was only one garbage can and that was in the bathroom. In the morning I went down to breakfast. The bagels and danishes were stale.
