We had a good restful night staying here. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Had booking issues. Booking .com didnt send a virtual card. The manager did fast troubleshooting and solved the issues. I was a learning experience for the front desk employees!! Friendly girls at front desk even gave me information about a future property that I might stay at!! Great service

Ive stayed on the second floor both times in the 2queen suite with sofa the first time the bed by window was very uncomfortable, this time I tried the bed away from the window unfortunately they both were terribly uncomfortable, I had a sore back when I left in the morning. Low spots in the mattress. The place was renovated recently, but they must of skipped updating the mattresses???

Negatives:
AC wasnt working well in first room so we had to change. It had been set too high by someone and couldnt cool it off quick enough for comfortable sleep. But they quickly and without any fuss gave us a different room.

I believe that the bathroom and bedroom have been recently renovated, and the Lois of the new fixtures gives us the filings of something new; however, the materials are too cheep and low quality such as the showers doors, lamps, and decorations. It is a shame to know that today , even renovated, nothing there will last time enough to ensure the use of the room 365 days a year. When renovations are done, they need to have in mind that it will be used by all kinds of people, and most do not care to be kind with showers doors or towels hangers. Even been new, you could see already signs of deterioration and functioning issues. It is not a smart investment to just mascaraed problems which will eventually come back again and displease future customers.
Negatives:
The renovation gives you a feel of cleanness environment; nevertheless, the cleaning job was horrible. Who likes to get into a fresh room with traces of pubic hair from other people on the corners of the bathroom walls?

The breakfast area was very well maintained. Staff very helpful!

Asked for a handicapped room for my Aunt and it was not equipped with a rail to help her get up off the toilet. She had to get help from the staff to get up. It was very embarrassing to her and i a. Sure the staff as well. I asked for a higher toilet room or a handicapped room and there wasn't one available. They also told us that the rest rooms outside the room were also not equipped to help her get up either. However when i took her there was a bar so that is the rest room she used for the rest of our stay. She also can't get in a tub so was unable to take a shower. Just washed up. This was important to us and requested when we made and paid for our reservations.
