When I checked in on Wednesday the Spanish lady remembered me! After the shift change, saw the other staff who helped me in May and August: they welcomed me with open arms! They remembered me. I love it! See you all again soon Beautiful people!!!!

The location, price, pet friendly, and 24 hour desk. The interior check in and lounge have been updated. Beds are very comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
When I booked the room one of the reviews mention the pet stay was free, however thats recently changed. (This should be updated on the remarks)
Rooms have old odor carpet.
I mentioned to the desk the odor of cat urine and a musty smell, the a/c didnt cool that much and had a musty mold odor. I let the receptionist know, she said
Give it 10 minutes so the a/c can cool the room since housekeeping accidentally left the door open.
She did offer another room on 2nd floor but we were afraid it would be the same problem and we were tired and unpacked.
The room furniture is bulky, the desk is right next to
a/c. The walls and baseboards in bathroom needs to be washed.
Complimentary Breakfast is OK, both waffle machine timers were broken but you could still make waffles. Eggs were overcooked rock pebbles, and bacon is microwaved. No water provided for breakfast,
just machine apple and orange juice. Coffee is bitter.
Doggy poop bags were not filled outside on property.
