Stayed here on our way to hike the Pine Mountain Trail. Slept well in the king suite, with space for the kids in another room. There were good dinner options nearby. Breakfast and checkout was efficient.

Place was a dump…definitely in need of a remodel. No pictures in room, worn out furniture, 3 lumpy pillows on the bed, mildewed bathroom tub…reminded me of a college dorm. Really disappointing! Breakfast was awful too

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, great location. Pet friendly and has place for them outback. Only issue was internet. We did not ask staff just lived without. Exercise room needs a bike for warm up. Nice coffee station out front and juice 24/7. Has beer and wine available! Clean rooms.

I have no complaints. We found the property easily. It was located right off the exit. We drove up, parked close to the entrance and unloaded. Upon checking in, the host, Rick was extremely kind. After getting us checked in, I called down to notify him that our room didn’t have the pull out couch. This kind soul did not disappoint. He came up, checked the room, and kindly led us back downstairs. He then proceeded to systematically check to see which rooms had the sofa. He was looking up rooms and getting on the elevator repeatedly to go and check the room before he sent us up. It was myself and my two small kiddos. So I was grateful he wasn’t sending us up. He finally found a good room and put us there. I was so grateful. The room was comfortable and spacious for the kids. Breakfast was simple and satisfying. We had a wonderful stay.

I go to hotels at least once a month...this was the absolute worse experience ever. As soon as I checked in I mentioned the toilet wasn't working and the manager said since you are leaving for the evening ot will be fixed when you return...hours later it was worse wouldn't flush leaked and ran all night. I yell the morning manager and all she said was sorry the Next time you come we will discount you...next time are you crazy...the property is nice but I will never come there again and will definitely let all my family and friends know not to come as well
