Not being able to get a late checkout. Have stayed at the property before & was able to get a later checkout time after paying an additional fee but was told on this visit I couldn’t do so, disappointing!

Only thing I liked about the property was it was close to eating places & the mall !
Negatives:
I didn’t like the nasty covers , nasty ice machine that hasn’t been cleaned looked like in months & I didn’t like the face that I was told by the man I would get my $50 deposit back the same day I left but when I returned my key the girl said I would get my $50 back within 3-5 business days & I NEVER GO MY DEPOSIT it’s been a month now since I stayed there .

They had roaches , we didn’t get clean towels back, they claimed to only wash towels on the weekend. Blankets had burn holes. It smelled like cigarettes.
