Negatives:
The odor in the guest rooms was very musty and unpleasant. On arrival, we were given a room on second floor but, on entering the mustiness was unbearable and the manager on duty changed it. The new room assigned was not much better but we accepted it as it was very convenient to reach family whom we were visiting. The microwave was dirty as it seemed it was never cleaned. Also, the comp coffee was either cold as was the supposed hotwater. Oftentimes the breakfast items would run out - boiled eggs, butter, bagel, and milk in particular.
