The location was great. It was clean and safe. The sheets and comforter were soft. The bathroom was clean & spacious. Everything was modern and equipped for technology today. You can log into your Netflix on the tv and just plug in your usb cord to several of the places to charge your devices. The staff was very welcoming and nice!

Newer hotel. End suite unit was much better after relocating to parking lot side of hotel.

The room was getting a lot of road noise until we relocated to the parking lot side of the property. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and could be changed out with a better mattress.

Nothing. The general manager last name LaRose and her lackies destroyed us ever returning or recommending anyone else do so.
Negatives:
The customer service of the Hotel employees. Two times in 10 days we were down graded from the most expensive suite they offered. The first time with no excuse and no refund to justify the price difference. The second time yet again it was done and we were told an email was sent to us days prior informing us of this change however the email was sent to us literally the morning of our check in date. We were told by Ms. LaRose there would be no refund and when we complained about this, being we came from over 600 miles away she became extremely irate and even made us feel Ganged up on by all her fellow employees barking at us like some sort of attack. She then told us we had to leave the property. It was “THE” worst experience we have ever had at a hotel or any other facility for that matter. This woman has no business having her position. We will NEVER return!

Negatives:
We under the assumption that breakfast was still a on at 9:30 on Monday morning. When we came down about 9 am most of the breakfast was gone. When we ask asked we were told it’s Monday morning that was just for the weekend. Should be a little more clear on the time line.
