Positives:
The room was a good size and the beds were so comfortable. I had a good sleep every night and felt well-rested despite having very early mornings. Location was also perfect for our needs - close to the Sweetwater Creek State Park which was the primary reason for the trip, and a Walmart close to the hotel.
Negatives:
The hotel was overbooked and we were assigned a smaller room to the one we booked and paid for on check-in. Though we were eventually moved to the room of our choice after the first two nights.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The outside of the hotel is gross. The hotel is pet friendly, but no one is cleaning up after the dogs. Droppings were not just in the grass, they were on the sidewalks and in the parking lot.
