The fact that I've never been to Atlanta and I'm from Ohio and we don't have this type of hotel. I booked it because it was pretty and I like the colors very festive friendly people friendly guests and friendly staff always ready to help.

Positives:
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and gave excellent customer service. We enjoyed the games in the lobby and the swimming pool. The hot chocolate, coffee, and tea self-service bar was a big hit with my family. It was close to Six Flags.
Negatives:
I wish the shower door wasn’t clear so that others in my family could use the restroom while someone else was showering. Also, though not a negative, I’d love to see a hot tub in the pool area in the future.

The check in experience was perfect the man at the counter was friendly and engaging.
Negatives:
We got there Thursday evening left Monday morning. No one ever cleaned our room despite multiple request. Every day we had to take our towels to the front desk. Every time the front desk attendant behaved as if we were bothering them because they were on the phone or reading a book. I shouldn’t have to beg for housekeeping to come to my room and I don’t feel that I should have to take my laundry to the front desk every day to exchange for new towels to shower. The attendant told me when she looked finally on Sunday it was marked as no one had cleaned my room but someone tried to change it. And it looked weird. I’ve never had this happen to me before. The people in the room directly above ours were auditioning for WWE or something because there was constant banging for hours at a time. When i went To check out i couldn’t find anyone, because the attendant was sleeping on the couch in the corner and had to be woken up.

I thought that the location was excellent. I liked the hotel, it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the parking lot had a lot of available spots. I liked the beds, they were comfortable and the towels were high quality.
Negatives:
I did not like the price of the rooms at all. I had two rooms (my wife and I, and I got a room for my sister. Both were $260.00 for a total of $600+ when all the taxes were included. And one would think after paying so much for a night that breakfast would be free but no such good fortune, the hotel wanted $18.00 per person for the breakfast.
