Negatives: No phone in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby each time I needed something. I had to go down and request towels as no cleaning staff came to the room. Would of been nice to have more options for the breakfast.. ex bagels

Positives: NOTHING.Extremely disappointed in my MOTEL experience w HOTEL prices.
Negatives: EVERYTHING!!The hotel was in keep,not clean,outdated,dirty linen. No phone! Stains on furniture &sofa. I had to go from the 5thfl to the lobby to get clean linen(2xs) take it upstairs and change linen myself because they were short staffed. REFUND ME NOW!

Negatives: Dirty, rude staff. Sheets were threadbare. Towels either very old or the cheapest brand available. Stained bedding and shower curtain. Luckily we had our own cleaning supplies and spent a good amount of time cleaning. Will never stay in a Comfort!

Positives: The staff was very nice and they had hot water
Negatives: The beds were not comfortable they felt almost broken. The room I booked I couldn't have cause the door was broken so Instead of a king size bed I had to go with 2 queens which were basically full sized beds (extremely small for queens). Smelled of weed.

Positives: The fact that it smelled fantastic when I first walked in was the start of something I knew I was going to enjoy.
Negatives: When I was getting dressed and ready to check out a housekeeper came to my door twice the second time she opened my door after I told her that I was getting ready to come out.

Negatives: Yes, very dirty, they HAD ROACHES!!!! Not accommodating, didn’t have clean towels for guest, and the manager didn’t try to fix my issue! Tried to reach her several times and she never got back to me
