The TV was large and easily seen weather in the bed or on the sofa. The LOCATION was ideal for my New Year plans

The decor was old and dated. Though there was no trash at the outside front entrance it needed to be cleaned. 6 TO 8 TODDLERS ACROSS THE HALL WITH NO VISIBLE ADULT SUPERVISION-SCREAMING CRYING BANGING/SLAMMING DOORS...HORRIBLE NO REST

Ac did not work properly, we changed rooms and still the ac did not work properly. It was a miserable night. In both rooms the bathroom looked like anything attached to the walls could fall down at any moment. In first room the remote did not work the TV.

The desk staff was very friendly and helpful with solving problems and answering my questions.

The ac didn't work there was know soap did not dump the trash or change the sheets there was no phone in the room and didn't provide clean towels there wasn't any ice in none of the ice machines and there was rust on the floor around the ice machine.

Im here now. The room is not clean. The sofa is so stained and dirty, I cannot sit on it. The carpet is also dirty and stained. I went next door to try to get a room but they were full.
