Positives:
The breakfast was nonexistent- the donuts were close to expiring- no hot breakfast- it was false advertising
Negatives:
The heat didn’t work at all-The room service was nonexistent- the housekeeper argued with my guest as to why she couldn’t stay in the room to make certain the sheets were really being changed. The housekeeper didn’t clean the room her name is Ashley - they harassed my guest and we ended our stay Friday instead of Saturday because of the horrible experience- they didn’t refund my my money for ending the stay a day early. What a terrible customer service experience
