Fire alarm goes off no one knows. No one cares about 30 minutes later alarm still going off I check out within an hour of checking in. Politely asked to speak to a manager. No one‘s available emailed asking for refund. No one responds.

My room was outdated and had much needed repairs throughout it from furniture to peeling paint ; the bath linen was scratchy hard to touch; large stains throughout the carpeted areas; vinyl wallpaper peeling and falling off everywhere; screaming children and other guest running through halls; broken elevator had to walk 3 flights of stairs; no breakfast; poorly addressed when asked for assistance.

The morning clerks were extremely nice and professional. A Caucasian female and African American female training. They were absolutely great.
Negatives:
The night clerk was just rude. I spoke to her twice while checking in(no response), and she was busy on her phone. She knocked on my door at 1:10 a.m., looking for a Ms Cleaves. First of all, you broke my sleep after a long drive and prepared for an early rise for church. Second, you checked me in. Third, my key didn't work or the phone in the room. This young lady never parted her lips during the stay. Well, she did holler a little girl coming in behind me. Very poor customer service. Got out of watch service. She let us walk right past her and didn't say the elevator was broken. Keep in mind that you have two handicap individuals. She was light skinned African American young lady. She was awful for your company and brand. I did ask for the manager before checking out. I was told she was on medical leave. Point blank, she was awful.

The elevator went out. We had a handicap room on 4th floor, and with cripple man we had to go upstairs and downstairs because elevator went out. I need a full refund for the inconvenience. We were confined to the room because we couldn't get up and down the stairs.
