The desk attendant was unfriendly when I approached the desk. He was complaining about there being an exodus from a neighboring motel. He did not properly greet and attend initially. I politely asked him not to please not speak that way to me. I repeated my request. His response was to inform me that he was going to process a booking refusal form.

My bed was broken. The bathroom tub leaks constantly. The room was filled with cigarette smoke. He would not change my room he said I had to wait for the maintenance man to come back on the property I just checked out I wasn't even there for a whole hour
