Negatives: everything. the pool closed, looks like it has been for 10 years, no breakfast, towels felt like sandpaper. if you are smart do not stay there

Positives: I was not pleased at all,l did not stay in the hotel all due the location and when l realized that that was not the location I needed,l was told that l could not get a refund.This is very bad customer service.
Negatives: Customer service is nonexistent. You all are online thieves as far as I'm concerned!!!
