Positives: Staff was amazing.

Negatives: The roach concierge in my room introduced himself and disappeared. He just walked out to see, me while I was on the toilet, and then nothing. Didn’t bother changing the holy linens or anything. It would have been better if there wasn’t a roach in my room for all the help he was.
