Staff was pleasant and accommodating.
Negatives:
Roaches were coming out of the bottom of the phone. Wet carpet from a water leak. Roach fecal material in bath tub. Dead bug remains on broken lamp shade . Unfinished plumbing repair behind toilet with roaches crawling in and out. Issues with insects should have been easily remedied with a professional pest controller. The water leak is understandable. The unfinished sheet rock with roaches crawling in and out, plus disgusting lamp shade, there is no excuse. I won't even reference the late night noise issues as it was a Christmas holiday, but I will say it wouldn't be an issue somewhere else.

The hotel looks great in the inside it’s not what you would expect for the price that you pay so that’s always a plus in my book

The pool is an eye sore and there were a couple roaches spotted in our room but that can be fixed before it gets worse.
