Negatives: Everything was good

Negatives: Room was not clean. Spills and stains on floor as well as furniture. Not safe area. Witnessed drug deal in parking lot. Did not feel safe for my family.

Negatives: I did not like the property the non smoking rooms was not clean enough the tub was definitely not clean at all. The breakfast had to be ate in the lobby and not taken to your room. I was told by the lady with the glasses she is kind of slim.

Negatives: The bathroom was horrible!!!! There were holes in the walls stuffed with towels. The water in the tub was rusty & had to be run for several minutes to be clear. The toilet barely flushed & rocked.

Negatives: The ‘security’ entrances were open all night (doors propped open), and people loitering in the hallways, there was one light in the entire room. No lamps on the bedside table, no clock, no phone, no toiletries. The food in the morning was okay, but the juice machine was broken. The only good thing was the bed. Would definitely say it was not worth the price of the room.

Negatives: Couldn't get my room due to they didn't have confirmation even though I told them I had confirmation n showed them was told to wait 2 hrs even though it was 5 am when arrived ,then told if I gave cash they Would go ahead n get me in a room but then was told they didn't know how to do it to wait till 7 when other person came in and never was contacted about doom considering reasons there was no excuse to leave a customer to wait till 7am when check out would have been at 11 . Poor management poor employee knowledge of how things should be done

Negatives: The overall state of the room was horrible. The outlets were hazardous, the bathrooms smelled, the WATER smelled so bad, we didn't even want to use it. Paint was missing from the walls, issues with the cards and the doors. And the wifi connection was unreliable.

Negatives: The bathroom was half cleaned the shower didn’t have any hot water and you can’t open the sliding doors that’s a fire hazard somebody could really get hurt.
