ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. A couple of Indian students are working in the reception, not sure if it is legal.
Negatives:
The entire hotel and the room was stinking badly with weed and cigar smell and I could not even breath. Broken toilet paper holder, cupboard opener, dirty flooring. I left the hotel and booked a different hotel. I reported to Georgia DOH.

Room was very outdatded dirty nasty. No lights in bathroom. TV did not work. I felled down outside steps due deteration of concrete steps. Staff would not take a statement from me about the accident. I have pictures that proves everything I have stated

House keeping didn't offer use clean towels or rags nor tissue...and we didn't have a microwave in our room and we also killed a roach...and overall I never been to a hotel where you have to pay for breakfast I thought it came with the room... 9.50

Nothing. We rented 2 rooms and both were filthy with lots of things broken. There was a gap in between the exterior door and the frame, as well as structural issues with the balconies.
Negatives:
Broken: door frame, bed frame, mattress had visible dip in center, wall mounted lamps, TV shelf, bathroom door, exterior door, balcony support beams
Dirty: chair, carpet, mattress, unidentified drips on closet door, bathroom had mold
Concerns: Pool not open, employees eating on exterior steps, employees/guests yelling obscenities, staff/guests smoking marijuana in stairwells, foul odor of urine on outside access
