Positives: Terrible. The room stunk and the carpet was filthy. Someone opened the door in the middle of the night. Thank god we had the latch in place. We had to fight with the desk to get creamer for coffee. Advertised Breakfast was a granola bar. Location was great.

Negatives: Everything. This place is awful, dirty and the customer service guy was rude as heck. The breakfast was a granola bar. They should not advertise free breakfast. Poll was not open and had huge signs in the bottom of it. Terrible experience.
