Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Marietta - Powers Ferry Rd.

Negatives: My stay at the Extended Stay American was a nightmare. I was bitten by bed bugs. My body is still swollen from the bites and still itching. The key they made did work twice. I had to be let in by staff with master key. This made my getting in and out excruciating.

Negatives: An unruly guest that left trash in the hallway

Negatives: The rooms and Furnitures were old and broken. Ceiling leaking. Windows broken. Just Horrible. Booking.com should take this hotel off their website

Negatives: Tub was not draining like suppose to hallways smell need a lil upgrade

Negatives: Bed was just a little too lumpy.

Negatives: The fact that I was not notified before hand

Negatives: I wasn’t notified about no rooms available and had to drive around for more than hour to find a room.

Negatives: When we pulled into the lot, there were multiple cop cars and ambulances. I should’ve known then. But I thought maybe it was a medical emergency and decided to go ahead and keep my reservation. Now about the stay itself… The front desk guy didn’t say anything like hello etc. He just looked at his watch and said, “You’re just NOW getting here?!” I told him yes, that I had sent several messages through the booking.com app advising of the delay. And he said, “You can’t send a message. We don’t check the messages” I tried to apologize and he cut me off and said “ID please” Rude rude rude. Also, they advertise fully equipped kitchenette, including dishes. They even have posters up all over the hotel claiming this. But there’s nothing in the room at all. Which turned out fine, because the stove hood had chunks of paint and rust flaking off and falling onto the stove. The bathroom was gross. The bed was gross. The tub was gross. Non smoking property yet the entire place reeked of pot. I don’t have an issue with anyone smoking weed, but if I can’t smoke cigs in my room, weed should not be allowed in the room either. Then two women got into an argument outside my door, screaming about a guy they were fighting over. When I tried to let the desk person know…at 3am….a fight was happening…he said “AND?” We took a very short nap and just got back on the road. We didn’t shower or have “breakfast” (which is mainly just granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal). Literally just rolled out of bed and left. It was THAT BAD. And of COURSE they don’t care when you voice your concerns. They just want your money.

Negatives: The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a large square hole in the bedroom wall

Negatives: Dirty. There were holes in the walls, pet food on the floor, and sheet rock dust all over. The rooms smelled horrible.
