First of all, it's difficult to find as the driveway is next to a servo, and the driveway leads to the hotel. The rooms were outdated. Some furniture was broken. the good thing is they did not deduct from the deposit. Someone knocked on our door very violently in the morning which felt very uncomfortable and scary. At around 9 two people showed up to service the ac we were checking out in 30 minutes and getting dressed but they insisted they can't wait and have to service the ac. We called the reception and they said it's OK to let them in. Breakfast was more like a snack. Overall wasn't a comfortable stay infact a little scary with all the stories you hear about US. I wish a knew before staying maybe I would gave spend 30$ more and had a better experience in Atlanta. Last thing they could not find my booking as I already paid for it and charged me again had to call booking.com to clarify but luckily the person at reception in the morning found the payment and reversed the payment.

The hotel was outdated,nasty,and horrible customer service. The day started with us waiting for 15 minutes to check in. My husband had to call the number to get help. After that the room wasn't ready. We left an hour to eat came back and waited 5 more minutes to get assistance to be charged a non disclosed $100 deposit for each room that wasn't disclosed on the booking site. The room was non smoking and smelled like stale cigarettes. Refrigerator was so loud it woke us out of sleep constantly and the microwave reminded me of the 90's. The furniture looked like it was found on the side of the road. And there was water damage in the ceiling. They didn't even have a back for the remote.The only reason why we stayed is because we drove 6 hrs and the concert was in 1hr and we didn't have time to move to another location. DON'T STAY HERE AND BOOKING NEEDS TO UPDATE THE INFORMATION FOR THIS LISTING
