One of the highlights of...

The room was clean. The staff was nice.
Negatives:
The breakfast was an additional 12-20 dollars for either a bowl of cereal or a waffle. We chose to eat off campus.
An additional fee of 12 dollars was charged to park in the parking lot. That’s tacky.
The fire alarm went off 3 times during the night. If I wanted a college dorm, I could have stayed with friends.
The elevators were very, very sloooow.

My family and our room so much. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly also

I wished that the bar would have stayed open longer. We came in one night after 10 pm and it was closed. I would have been a better experience if it stayed open at least til 12 a.m on a Saturday night

Most of the staff was really nice

Bad communication and disappointing service. The second day house keeping came knocking on the door at 8 in the morning to ask if we wanted our room clean and we told them yes but asked could they come back after we left and he said yes. Yes when we came back that evening our room hadn't been cleaned so we didn't have towels, our bed wasn't made up or anything. So checkout day house keeping came again that morning and we told them we didn't need it and theh kept coming back atleast 5 times and we had to keep telling them we was still in the room. It was just irritating and unpleasant.And the rooms need updating the furniture has stains all in them, kindof nasty..
