Positives:
The size and cleanliness of the rooms and shuttle to Truist Park.
Negatives:
The rooms definitely need some TLC. Our carpet had a big worn hole right in front of the bed. The bathtub was clean but looked dingy. Lines at the front desk were ridiculously long. Only had 1 person working on a Friday night during a Braves home weekend.

The room was spacious and had good public transportation to the Braves stadium.
Negatives:
The thermostat didn't work. A security guard came to the room to inspect it and said he would have them move us to another room. We packed our bags and went to the desk to be told the hotel was fully booked and learned that the security guard who had inspected our thermostat had never spoken to the front desk even though he was at that moment sitting in a chair in sight of the front desk. We then discovered that the thermostat had no batteries, but after we put batteries in it still didn't work to control the temp. Either our room had a broken thermostat or the the temp was set from a central location. Either way, the staff should have known and not told us we would get a different room if the hotel were fully booked as it was a waste of time to pack our bags.
