Negatives:
Change my account for 42.50 for damage pillow for two days. How did two adults damage a pillow. Did not notify me at all just change my account. I called all day to talk to manage no one would respond until 3:30 PM and was told to call back in morning. I give them a opportunity to get right, but they don't. I will not recommend no to go there, because you will get your money taken for some small pillows.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent even though there was a some what limited seating area, especially considering they have signs posted stating you are not allowed to take your food out of the breakfast area.
Negatives:
The room was kind of gross if I'm being honest. The beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise, but the carpet and walls were in desperate need of a deep clean. Add to that the fact I had to kill a giant cockroach after getting out of the shower, well I wasn't exactly thrilled.
There was also no real noise control, which was frustrating especially later at night and early in the morning when I would have preferred to be sleeping. Was also disappointed by the lack to options on the tv. About 1/2 the channels were unavailable (no picture) and the ones that did have a picture were either full of static or had no sound leaving only a handful of options.
The internet connection was also really crappy too and kept cutting out do to "poor connection". I can honestly say that after this most recent experience, combined with similar experiences at other Choice Hotel locations I will NEVER stay at another "Quality" Inn or any other hotel with in the Choice Hotel chain. Kind of wish I had simply opted to pay a little extra and stayed at Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn (which had block of room for the conference I was attending) instead because I know those hotels would have been clean.

Friendly staff but crappy hotel
Positives:
Convenient location without being in the middle of atlanta or too bad on traffic, very affordable, friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Negatives:
A bit hard to access with luggage, the front doors are all manual so with your hands free it's a little difficult. Someone knocked on our door at 0300 and there was a very loud group of people on the third floor that came in and out yelling a number of times, around 2300 and 0230, but certainly no fault of the property itself. :) Very good value stay for the budget Atlanta visit!
