The worse experience i have ever had

Pull out couch had a HUGE BLOOD stain asked for sheets and blanket FT desk said they Cldnt give extra blanket face towels were dirty over all disgusting! Breakfast no coffee no water to drink and breakfast was cold, waffle mix watery n syrup was too.

Upon check in the gentleman at the front desk informed me that since they gave me a handicap room that I requested which I did not., and I did not look like I would need it he would have to charge me more money and move my room. I was in shock.

The rooms is dirty i had to get more sheets and make the bed up again..looked like they just pulled the covers up and didn't change the sheets i saw lots of hairon the sheets.The charge you 50$ deposit it takes days to weeks to get your money back

Carpet and not been vacuumed . Towels were stained. We came down to breakfast at 8:55 and they were turning off lights and putting things away.

Sheets had not been changed. New sheets are smooth, not smashed down into the mattress, and certainly not full of long black hair. Toilet wasslow running at check in, finally became completely stopped up during the nigh.Could not understand desk clerk.

The room and cleanliness of room was great but the person who work in the front desk is rude and need learned manner.If he didn't want be there find a other job.
