We were in a room on the 6th floor, the bathroom door lock needs to be repaired. My husband was locked in!!

One of my favorite places...
Positives:
It's the first time we stayed at a Drury that we did not get the type of room we booked. They placed us in a smaller room but didn't alter our price. The temperature of the water of the shower was like was at best. When we mentioned this to the "manager" at the desk in the morning, she barely acknowledged our issue before sending us on our way
