This hotel does not have elevator. My mom had to walk up the stairs with back problems and was offered to pay 20.00 more to be put on the 1st floor

Tv didn’t work when I first got there bed was dirty had spot on it blood stains and all .Towels and rags was brown not white yes it was that dirty..Had to get pillow cases changed bc they were dirty had stains got another set they was dirty with stain also mattress had stains on it also blood stain also too.
