I don't like continental breakfasts because I am diabetic and they consist of mostly carbs.

Facilities looked rundown. The bathroom was not clean and the shampoo , soap and conditioner dispensers were empty. Lots of garbage everywhere. People loudly talking right outside our room.

It was not cleaned very well. Hair in the sink drain and the coffee tray had dirt and rocks on it and the bed sheets had holes in them

Location was dated, in need of updating. Breakfast was fair. No bacon, no variety of breads actually 3 bagels. All utensils/paper goods/condiments were adequate. Staff was present. Area was clean.

Room was disappointing. Needed updating. Heater/AC gave off a squealing noise after fan shut off constantly. Chair missing from the desk. Bed was not comfortable as was set on spring frame and made noise each time you moved. Bedding not changed daily. Room not representative of photos on Booking.com or hotel websites. Room cleaning was adequate. Will not stay there again.

The lady who took care of us at the front desk was friendly and efficient.

One bed was bad to sleep on because it made so much noise everytime you turned.

Front desk person didn’t give me option to pay the security deposit with cash before first charging my card. I would rather pay cash & get my money back the next day then wait 3-5 business days. He assumed bc “no one else wants to pay $150 cash for deposit” that I didn’t want too.
