The woman at the counter took my money, cancelled my room and had me sit there for 6 hours acting as if she was getting my room together after her making the horrible error of canceling it when I purchased and reserved a room and I got there at 11:52pm and my room was already given away. It was 7:00am I sat in the loony scared, jet lagged, hungry and ended up urinating on myself from fear. I will never be back and I’m still waiting for a refund.
