Great value for pet-friendly hotel
Positives:
The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Upon checking in I was assigned to room 112 and the room was ALREADY occupied. I went back to the front dest and was assigned to room 303, get to the room and the key didn’t work! I was very annoyed by this time. No apology, my rate included free breakfast and the clerk didn’t even disclose the location or the time?

The beds were very comfortable and staff were exceptionally kind

It had a weird smell in my room but had i told the front, they said they would have provided a different one. We were too exhausted to switch so we didn't mind. Staff went above and beyond to help

Comfortable peaceful clean. Also the warm pool was a plus for our little mini vacation

They waited until 11:00 at night to come beat on my door saying we didn’t check in and they had no reservation for our room. There was kids running and jumping around constantly way after midnight. The rooms was nothing like the pictures.

The refrigerator in my room did not work. The ice machine was broken. The door closest to where I had to park was broken so I had to walk around the building in the dark. The hallways were dirty and the smell of marijuana was so strong in the hallway.

The pool was disgusting. The stairwell smelt like someone pooped in it. There was cigarette marks on the comforter. Toothpaste residue was all over the sink. It was a loud hotel and felt like I couldn’t relax one time.

The WiFi was terrible. And I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for things: more toilet paper. More soap bar. More towels. She was handing me one thing at a time. Also, the toilet kept running so I had to take off the tank lid and make sure the water plug wasn’t obstructed by the flotation piece to get the tank to fill up with water each time. It was annoying.

I like Wyndham properties. This was better than the last place I stayed at in Newnan.

There was a smell throughout the hotel, like they may have been painting. It was very strong even in our room.

The room was big, really nice

What I didn’t like was the fact they allow ppl to bring their huge dogs into the hotel. There was this huge dog, the size of a mini horse staying there barking in the room. So that let me know the floors (carpet) could’ve been peep/or pooped on before, digesting.
Second that breakfast was pitiful. I got there at 620 and they had no yogurt, orange juice no fruit. At Less Go to the store and get a few of those items for your first 10 customers. I was so disappointed with that.
