Hair was in the bed; throughout. What's the point of taking the time out to ask for any accommodations..... I didn't get the simplest pre request..of course I had to call and go get the extra towels and washcloths once I arrived and noticed they weren't there. The fridge barely kept my drink cool overnight.

The male staff are computer hackers and they come in your room when your not there , nasty lock you out your room, when the rate goes down and you sign up to get better rate they block your card and lie and say your cards not working
