Quality Inn Newnan

Negatives: They cleaned rooms and halls with something that was over powering and did not smell well. They did not turn ac on before guest arrival and the room was a humid and stuffy 78 degrees upon arrival . I turned the ac and went to dinner and came back it was still not working . The gentleman came up and reset it , and showed me a couple of other rooms all were just as hot and with no ac running .The reset appeared to work at first , but I continued to have issues with the ac all night .It was a terrible nights sleep .My mom and sister also complained about the same thing in their room . I heard several other guest during breakfast complain about how hot they were and could not sleep. The ac honestly is my only complaint . I would have given an exceptional review if it was not for this .Hopefully management takes this review seriously and starts to replace old ac units with new ones and in the meantime have your housekeeping turn the ac units on especially when you have someone who pre-booked a room. I would not stay here again, because the hot room was that uncomfortable and I would not want to take a chance of another night with no sleep.

Negatives: The room wasn't clean. Something in the sheets irritated our skin and caused us to itch all night. The smoke detector was missing, with wires hanging. Several other wires were coming out of the wall. When riding the elevators, there was a strong smell of marijuana, as though someone had smoked moments before we rode it. When we arrived late at night, individuals were wandering the halls and riding the elevators. It wasn't clear if they were guests as they continued to go between rooms and outside. It was unnerving when arriving with small children.

Negatives: Everything was nice

Negatives: The quality of food, beds were a bit small

Negatives: Doors would occasionally loudly slam shut but that seems true in many motels.

Negatives: Expand breakfast menu.
