Man at front desk at check in was very nice.
Negatives:
No phone in the room! Hair dryer did not work. Dead batteries in tv remote. Side door was not locked going into hotel. Toilet seat was loose. Floor was dirty and sticky. Had to keep shoes on. No blanket on bed. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Coffee pot in lobby was empty. No juice, cereal, pastry etc. Cigarette butts littering entrance to side door. Room needed to be painted. This should NOT be a Red Roof!

Smell. Noise. Busted light next to bed. House phone wasn't even powered. Stains on bed cover. Dry wall patching and paint needed finished. Door messed up. Tub dirty & rusty. TV didn't work. Other than that, fine.

Key card didn’t work, had to be reprogrammed every day. Dog urine in the elevator for 2 days. Toilet overflowed twice in 8 days. Bathroom lights did not work. TV remote didn’t work.Housekeeping never came to my room to changed bed or towels.

The staff was very nice respectful the manager was a delight a very nice lady housekeeper very friendly the two young men at the front desk was really cool and attended to any needs that I had 2 thumbs up for me guest being treated like guest like my money was valued I would recommend redroof to any of my family and friends and I have and they have came and will be back thanks I appreciate you guys
