Negatives: I spent the first whole day cleaning it

Negatives: They do not honor reservations. Gave away the rooms I booked. I was told this on the day of my stay as me and my family were driving down. They said ?sometimes people stay over? They shouldn?t let people stay over when the room is already booked.

Negatives: They don't clan the room

Negatives: Not clean dirty floors low water pressure dogs running around freely smoking weed and cigarettes outside the building smell like urine and BO hotel staff just never available dont stay here Run

Negatives: Not clean. Just a place for drugs and alcohol. People fighting all the time . The towels were awful. Did not clean rooms or do towel service unless you ask .

Negatives: dirty room,very smokey even in halls,filthy hallways, moldy shower curtain, extremely horrible beds, no shampoo, dirty bathroom, uncovered outlet covers, looked like blood on wall, trash in hallways, elevator sounded like it was going to fall, no tissues

Negatives: I still have no microwave

Negatives: The smell of cigarette smoke never went away, even though the clerk assured us it is a non smoking hotel. There was trash on the floor ( empty soda bottle) and gum stuck to the side of the headboard. There was no table, and the clerk assured me that queen bed rooms don't have tables; I don't know why because the room had plenty of space for it. It would have been very nice to have a table to work at and eat at. The bathroom was clean, but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths, there was not a mat to put down by the tub. The remote mostly worked, except it would not turn on the TV, that had to be done at the side of the TV. The window had a large crack. They did not have a gym/workout room.

Negatives: How dirty was

Negatives: People smoked at all entrances, Im a non smoker. The ground floor we entered smelled like wet dogs. The phone cord was torn out of the phone couldnt call front desk. We had 3 kids on the third floor running and screaming until 1am. We had a king size bed but only had 2 small pillows on it. They gave us 2 small towels n 2 washcloths no rug to step out on. They said they had vending machines none in the whole building. We bought our own towels n pillows to be comfortable in the room. This is one place I want waste my money on ever again.

Negatives: My room was unfinished and none of the doors worked on the outside except the front entrance, difficult to get towels
