The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
A lady that works there was staying on the property and was very rude. She was cussing at me, yelling at me and told me I didn't deserve to have my kids cause my youngest son was asleep so me and my 5 yr old took the two puppies out to go potty and apparently he woke up while I was outside so he came out into hallway looking for me then ran outside and found me. I don't appreciate her saying the things she said to me. I was in room 103 and her room was right beside mine I think it was 102. I will never stay here again and have told family and friends about it so they will no longer be staying here either.

Tonya checked us in she was awesome! Very helpful, courteous, friendly. My husband is n a wheelchair & she put us on 1st floor as requested. We requested extra covers which she supplied. She was professional and friendly with a positive attitude and a good advertisement for Red Roof Inn. We look forward to a future stay with RRI!

Outside doors should lock & be used by key for guests so non guests cannot access entry but by lobby doors.

I didn’t eat any of the breakfast so this question isn’t applicable to me. But I think it was offered.
Negatives:
The unfriendly staff and their hostile attitude questioning me and my guest age when ID was presented to front desk host when he could’ve did simple math to figure out our age when telling him our age based off the ID he could’ve verified it himself and with his tone being super rude with it.
