Positives: The staff was very helpful with assisting me with locations of various venues. It was very convenient to not only the City of Hope but to shopping nearby. There was a nice variety of items on the breakfast bar and the coffee was great! I liked having the dispensers of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower.

Negatives: Better tasting coffee in the rooms. Also, the current creamer/sugar packet is very limited in volume.
