Negatives: towels were stained and someone smoked outside my room late at night and talked! Please designate a smoking area AWAY from rooms. Would have appreciated some coffee creamer of some sort in the room.

Positives: First off, the check-in process was smooth and comforting. Secondly, the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was also clean and beyond comfortable. The shower was also prestigious. It was peaceful to not be around so much noise and chaos like at most hotels. The staff was also helpful and attentive.
