The location was very convenient since we’re like eating at the restaurant next-door.
Negatives:
The major complaint that I have was that the refrigerator in the room was not cooling, and the telephone was not working in the room. I call to report the refrigerator not working. I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. I told the staff what room I was in and that the refrigerator was not cooling. She told me that she would send someone up shortly that person never showed up. We kept our leftovers from the restaurant cool by placing it in a plastic bag with ice. Almost forgot the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working .Also, I’m still waiting on the $50 extra that was charged to my card.

The back elavator made a “loud” noise and jolt when going up to the 3rd floor and a lesser noise and jolt on the 4th floor. It did not occur on yhe way down, but it seemed unsafe.

The rooms had some mildew smells in the carpets. My daughter wanted to change rooms, but we toughed it out

The room was damp and everything including all furniture and bed felt wet. The ventilation in the bathroom was also not working. In addition to this there was strong smell of pet urine in the left corner of the room. Had hard time staying and sleeping in the room. The ventilation system of the hotel needs to be checked and repaired. Also, there should be a dedicated rooms or floor for pets.
