Negatives: We were surprised the room was not cleaned on our second day there. They made an excise about COVID. I felt like I paid enough to not have to ask for my room to be cleaned. We felt like this was more like a tired 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star

Positives: There was not a lot of traffic in the area of the hotel
Negatives: Hotel was dirty. My room was properly cleaned there was m&mÂ's and hat under the bed from the last guest. The toilet handle was falling off. And the comforter had a stain on it. I would never stay there again.
