The room had roaches and ants that appeared once I turned on the lights. Had to go back out and buy Raid to get rid of them and make none crawled in bed with me that night. Disgusting.

Stay was unpleasant. Started with a broken TV remote that took over an hour to get resolved. Charged $20 additional to extend for a 2nd day. Staff not friendly.

The only good thing about this property is its location — it’s conveniently situated and easy to access.
Negatives:
The room was infested with cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, the property was not clean and did not feel safe or well-maintained.

First they put me in a room that was being bombed and wasent put together i picked up the phone and roaches came out of it then they came and got me and apologized saying it was under pest control so they gave me another room first glance was ok just not really clean after a few mins they was baby roaches coming out the remote !!!!

There are two front desk clerks who are nice. The maintenance man and the cleaning staff are nice as well. But, there is one really rude front desk clerk that even with a new ressie/extension, he makes you leave the room and then check back in
