Staff needs to be trained better in how reservations through third parties are done. I had to wait 3 hrs because a staff didn’t see my payment details on my reservation. And I wasn’t even offered any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. I will not be coming back to the location in Norcross, GAon Brook Hollow
