Positives: It wasn’t directly next to the main road so you didn’t hear traffic all night. They did have the security that you could not get into each building without a key card so that was nice. The room was very nicely clean and well stocked. This was the first hotel room that had a dishwasher in it for me.
Negatives: I didn’t have any complaints. The only “negative” thing I felt was their breakfast could have had a little more variety, but let’s be honest, since Covid they don’t do breakfast like they used to.

Positives: The rooms were dirty and wrong. The booking company got the rooms wrong. There were wads of hair on the towels, stains on the couch pull outs. We asked for pillows (2 adults + 4 teenagers) and she would only give me two. It wasn’t enough for all of them. She was overwhelmed at breakfast making it hard to get food with all the waiting.

Negatives: The guess on top was very noisey, kept us up all night. Complain to the front but really didn’t do much .. tv didn’t work , housekeeping never came to roo. To see if we needed stuff.. had to go buy trash bags etc
