Negatives:
They only had a refrigerator and not a microwave in the room when asked, I was told only the suite, have both. By law, every hotel and motel has basic necessities. I also asked for clean linens twice, returned to the room, and never received them. Lastly, they do not add in the deposit into the billing process until you check in.

Disgusting hotel. Bad location felt unsafe. Entire property smelt like dog pee. Loose dogs in halls. Carpets are stained pitch black and stink like pee and dog and cigarettes. Total waste of money. Furniture is all stained and ugly looking. Wouldn’t refund me. Pretended he was talking to a manager and just never called booking support back. No breakfast. Balcony doors that don’t open. No elevator.

I made a mistake booking this hotel and reached out to the property and got the run around to cancel it. I called the property and was told to call back when the manager get in at 4 pm and I called continuously from 4 pm to 8 pm and no one answered my call. Sent email and never got a response! This is very unprofessional and I only stay at Sonesta hotels when I travel but this property made Sonesta look very bad in my eyes! No other property that I've stayed at never have done anything like this and I hope that whoever works at that one doesn't work at any other one and bring that into their premises!
