Disgusting hotel. Bad location felt unsafe. Entire property smelt like dog pee. Loose dogs in halls. Carpets are stained pitch black and stink like pee and dog and cigarettes. Total waste of money. Furniture is all stained and ugly looking. Wouldn’t refund me. Pretended he was talking to a manager and just never called booking support back. No breakfast. Balcony doors that don’t open. No elevator.

This is very unprofessional and I only stay at Sonesta hotels when I travel but this property made Sonesta look very bad in my eyes! No other property that I've stayed at never have done anything like this and I hope that whoever works at that one doesn't work at any other one and bring that into their premises!
