The parking at the property is a nightmare. When the hotel is completely booked each room should only be allowed one vehicle on the property and all others parked in overflow next door. It was pouring rain the night of my stay so after circling the lot numerous times there was one spot...but two huge trucks occupied the spots on either side..and theres not enough room between parking and the curb to swing out far enough to park on that side of the building. So after not being able to park ANYWHERE on the property (there were cars and trucks double parked all over the corridor of the lot) I had to resort to parking next door, at midnight, in the pouring rain!! So why get vehicle info if no one is going to enforce anything so that PAYING guests have a place to park.

Guests in the lobby and common areas were not wearing masks despite signs, and no one was enforcing it. It was very loud in my room when anyone opened their door or walked by. And my bed was not comfortable.

The beds were so comfortable and they are a pet friendly hotel which is a plus for us as we never leave our dogs home without us. The front desk lady Kim was super friendly and helpful and she was in training but she definitely was grateful to have her job and made us feel very welcome.
Negatives:
There wasn't really anything we didn't like.. Kim's counterpart was not very friendly and maybe we just caught her on a bad day but that would be my only gripe.

I asked to be moved due to excessive noise above us from kids playing, jumping, being rolled across floor in the chair, for hours. They said they couldnt. Even though the Staff did ask the people to control their kids the noise at night lasted for hours. Well past 12 p.
