Bathroom had mold in multiple spots , woke up every morning with my sinuses draining and sneezing . They didn’t clean any the whole time we were there bc it’s a 3 day towel change out and cleaning , which meant we had to take our towels down nightly and get a new set . We also had to go get our toilet paper bc it ran out . We were there 4 nights .

Bookings.com booked me in Geogia when I was definitely requesting Florida. So I couldn't use the room and had no accommodations for that night. The hotel promised a refund which never came and bookings.com was NOT any help!

Had to move rooms because the water in the vanity didn’t work and there was no smoke detector. Second room had a leaky shower and the drain wasn’t working properly so it backed up when used. Toilet seat was loose and the toilet was not properly attached to the floor.
